As you will read in this weeks report, the activity of the fish has slowed down and that's exactly what we had to do to are presentations. There are numerous imitation baits out there that will trigger those finicky biters, but when things slow down for us, I turn to the forage minnow by Northland Fishing Tackle. The forage minnow jig is life-like when tipped with a minnow and it allows very natural action from your minnow. With the slender build and wide-sharp hook one will see many of those lookers become eaters. The next few weeks to month may show more signs of lookers then takers, but by presenting the bait natural one should see much more action. Give them a try next time out.
