This last weekend, I was part of the Gander Mountain grand opening in Bemidji, and I must tell you about a new product that has me extremely excited. As most of you know, I fish with Stren Magnathin line. The new product is a line called GAMMA. Gamma line comes from the company that has built tennis racket strings for many years. This line will absolutely amaze you. The line is softer then anything that I have seen. It is a monofilament line that seems unbreakable. It will be available in a number of stores and at Bens Bait in Grand Rapids. I will certainly have some of it of my reels. I do want to say that I have not fished with it yet, but from what I have seen, it will be the new wave of monofilament lines. The next time you stop in the tackle shops, ask for it and see what I am talking about.
